Community playlists

Since we shared our new Totara 13 and beyond playlist with you last week, we’ve noticed more of you using the Community to set up your own playlists which is great to see! Remember that you can create your own private playlists which are just for you (and which you can create and find in Your Library) or share them with other Community members. Here are a few other playlists to get you started in the meantime:

• Social learning
• Course creation (and remember if you’d like to know more about this, do join our Course Creation workspace too)
• What is Talent Experience?

Is there something you want to know about other Community members?

One of the great benefits of being part of the Totara Community is the ability to learn from other members doing similar roles, and likely facing similar challenges. Did you know that as a Community member, you can share polls with other users? So if you’ve got a burning question you’d like to ask, feel free to set up a survey in a workspace and ask other members to contribute. You can do that via Your Library or the workspace library. Here are some of our recent surveys to give you some examples:

• How often do you have a formal performance review or appraisal?

• How do you engage users on your Totara site?

• Which Totara features do you use to support onboarding?

• How do you recognise learning achievement?
