It is possible to add Totara badges to an external backpack once you are connected then you can drag the badge to the backpack - providing the email address is the same in both sites.
Once this is uploaded to the backpack eg Badgr then copying the url to Linked in should make this accessible
Also note under the backpack it may be possible to link directly to Linkedin
