Really can't get to grips with the new help documentation. The old styles help docs were far better. Is there still a link to access the old style help docs?

Hi Chris

the old style help documents are only available for Totara 13 and below - can you outline what the problems with the new help site format is for you?

Hi Chris,

Sorry to hear you're not enjoying the new Help site - please do let us know if there's anything specific that's making using the new site difficult.

We did run a webinar last week to give a tour of the new site, which you may find useful for getting to grips with the site. There's also a guide to using Totara Help on the new site which explains the user interface and structure.

Hopefully these will help, but we're also grateful for any feedback that we can use to improve the site.
