Please assist. I experience completion challenge in my Quiz,
Staff completed the quiz and allowed to go the next step, unfortunately the status in the quiz is showing as incomplete and cause not downloading the Certificate, but the Course is marked as complete.

If you go to the course completion editor and select the user's record this will show a history of what has happened in the activity and course completion. It is possible to override grades and course completion and award RPL for the course so not sure what happened in your case..
If what happened isn't clear then can you provide a screenshot of the Overview of the course completion or create a support ticket with the details in it.

Thank you for your advise, i tried to Manual Cron Run it working for some users but not all,
So right now i have staff completed activity and met required grade but he can not able to view Certificate.

Thanks for confirming that - the screenshot didn't come through.
It is possible that some manual grading may have occurred with 'use separate completion data' that overrides the activity completion criteria.
