Hi,

When setting up a report as a graph. Say you want a graph of the certification status.

Use columns  User's Fullname (aggregation Count unique) and Status

Under graph you set graphtype Pie, dataseries in columns, category Status and Data sources Count unique values of User's Fullname.

Now. I know how to set specific colors in the graph with custom settings but is there anyway to se specific colours for specific statuses so that for instance

Certified would always be green
Not Certified would always be yellow
Expired would always be red
In progress would always be blue

This should then work for any set of values so that if you only had Certified and Expired the correct colors would be shown.

Hi Martin

The colours specified are applied in order of size by default. If you sort the report by the completion status then they will appear in the same alphabetic order (providing all status are represented then each colour will have the same custom colour).

I have this issue also, working on Manager / Learner dashboards. The colours are not able to be linked to the actual status, instead if the person doesn't have a value or resort themselves the colours don't move with them which is very confusing. I have resorted to is Certified Yes/No to keep it really simple.
