Can anyone help me. We have uploaded course completions via csv file upload. However, we had an error in the file and now some course completions have to be undone. Question: Is there a way to upload the completion status "not started yet" as well to undo the course completion?

The completion status is not one of the available fields in the course completion upload.
It is possible to reset a user's course completion if they have completed it already

We had an issue when a Subject Expert provided two .csv files that contained duplicate records. Unfortunately, it resulted in the completions being added to the Other Evidence section twice, the only option our Totara partner told us was to delete the duplicates manually.
