Hi, we are using seminars / events a lot. We can trigger a reminder in Totara 13, but that is fixed on 2 days before the event.
The user will receive an email in this case.
But what we would like to do:
The event is already sent as an outlook calendar invitation by Totara 13.
Outlook event can have reminders by their own, like 15 minutes before the event starts.
We would like to add that automatically once we place the event in the Microsoft Outlook calendar of the students via Totara.
Is that possible in Totara 13: Sending an calendar invite in Outlook including the 15 minutes before start reminder in Outlook. In that case an email reminder is not needed anymore and students will be alerted by the Outlook pop-up 15 minutes before start.

There is a function VALARM that could possibly be included in the iCal content that the seminar notification includes that could do this
Are you able to create a feature request for this?
