This week we’ve released two updated courses for version 17:
Competencies in Totara Perform V17
Competencies offer a clear approach to mapping the skills and behaviours needed to perform effectively at work. Agreed at an organisational level, they standardise the way skills are assessed across your business.
In this course you’ll explore:
- What competencies are and how to structure them
- How to write effective competencies
- Examples of best-practice frameworks which are ready to use
- How to add competency scales and frameworks in Totara Perform
- How to assign competencies to users in Totara Perform
Core plugins and configurable features V17
You have the freedom to decide how your system is set up, and which features and plugins are used. At a high level, this includes which Totara products you enable, and then which of the many options within those products you use, and how.
In this course, you’ll explore and practise how to:
Choose which core functionality is enabled on your site, and enable or disable features
Access and change core plugins and settings
Manage activity modules and update the settings to suit your organisation’s needs
Edit and change the settings for blocks across the site
