Does Totora limit the browser's ability to Read Aloud?

The courses that we've got have accessibility enabled. During testing the course offline (outside the LMS) I was able to use the read aloud functionality of the browser, where accessible content in the module is read aloud by the browser. However, using the same functionality on the LMS only reads out the title of the Module.

Are there any settings that needs to be tweaked on the LMS while uploading the course? Would be great to hear ideas on what I can do to overcome this.

Hi Josh

I tried the standard Read Aloud option in Microsoft Edge on a Totara 16 instance externally hosted .

I went to a course and the different activities were read out Ok.

What version of Totara and browser do you have ?

Hi Craig,

Thank you for your response. We use Totara Version 14, and MS Edge browser.

It is a bit interesting, as the read aloud works fine on the testing shell we have. Whereas, it doesn't work on the live LMS environment.

I must mention, the reader only reads the course title, each page.
