Hello, I am testing the Scheduled Reports feature.  I have a report that I am able to run on demand and want to send it just one other person, but this function is not working.  Settings are as follows:

Scheduled report settings:

  • Data - All data
  • Export - CSV
  • Schedule - X minutes. This is set to 5 for this test

Email Settings:

  • Sent to self - CHECKED.
  • Audiences - NONE set. I only need to send this report to one in-system person.
  • System users - Set to one in-system user's email address.
  • External email address:  Non selected

    Am I missing a global setting to allows emails to be sent from the Scheduled Reports function?

Hi Mark

Can you check that the scheduled report has some data in it - the email not be sent if there is nothing in the report.

Hi Craig, thanks for the post.  The report has plenty 'o data.  We found the issue:  We migrated our instance to a new server. We figured out that notifications were turned off during the migration.  We'll turn them back on today.  That should work.
