URGENT help needed T16 Single Scorm activity not marking in progress

Hi guys, we are building our T16 site from scratch, and are successfully running single scorm activities in T12 marking in progress as you would expect.

When these same SCORM's are loaded to our T16 environment, and all settings are the same, we cannot get the SCORM to mark in progress when working through the module. It will stay as not started even though we can open and close the scorm and reopen at that point again to complete in another sitting.

Multi-activity courses mark in progress, but only at the end of the activity, so it is still behaving the same way as the single activity in essence.

Any ideas are welcome.

NB:  we don't have "mark as in progress on first view" ticked as we do not want people pushed in to in progress immediately.

Hi Rebecca

One thing to check Under the SCORM activity completion is if 'Require all SCOs to return completion status' is enabled When this is enabled all SCOs within the package must return the relevant lesson_status for this activity to be flagged complete.

If this doesn't help then are you able to create a support ticket with the SCORM settings and a copy of the SCORM

Thanks Craig. We resolved this through settings.

Hi Rebecca, any chance you remember which settings resolved this? We're having the same issue here and I can't seem to find the appropriate setting.

Many thanks!
