We are trying to implement Linguise in our Totara LMS. To do that we need to be able to add javascript to the header. Any advice on how to proceed? Is this the best way to enable language in our LMS? It's how we're doing it on the rest of our website.

Totara have a number of language packs available which will display Totara content in the user's preferred language.
If you are wanting learning content to be available in a language then multilanguage filters can be used or restricting access to course activities based on the user's preferred language can be used.
