We have recently moved to using Perform for our appraisals and the feedback so far is positive. Whilst notifications on the whole are great one thing noted was that managers with large teams were getting swamped. This is likely due to the way we have set things up on this our first cycle but I can see being a problem in the future also. Are there any plans to allow a single collated email to be sent to managers containing details for all relevant staff? Similar to what's set on forums basically.
