I'm trying to set up a role that allows certain users to view reports for course, program and certification completion. However, I can't seem to get the program name (select box) filters to work for them. The drop down menu only has "any value", but from my admin account I can see that there is a full list of programs that appear in the drop down menu.
There's nothing obvious in the permissions that will impact this, so was wondering if anyone had any ideas on why this particular filter is not working for the reporting role I'm trying to create?
