How best to manage ongoing refresher learning that changes each cycle?

Kia Ora community,

We have a learning pathway for emergency response-type content that we will be developing over time to ensure that each learner experience covers a new scenario. I'm stumped on how best to set this up. If I set up a Certification I can only change it once (unless I swap out the SCORM file which would mean those starting later would miss the previous scenarios). However if I set it up as a programme, I can't see any way to manage the time-lapse between scenarios.

Any thoughts on how this can be managed. Ideally I'd like the following:

Course 1

12 months later - course 2

24 months later - course 3

24 months later - course 3

and so on…

Thanks,

Rachel

Kia ora Rachel,

I suppose you could use audiences to control the visibility of the different files over time on the course page.

e.g. after doing the 1st one they are added to the first time audience and when they return to the course they see the 2nd file which is only visible to them etc

That might get a bit messy depending on how many years you think you'll need to cover.

And I'm not even sure it will work.

Would also need to the time frame to be standard (so annually or the like), not sure what to do if it needed to vary.

Ngā mihi
