Certification / Decertification

Hi,

Is it possible to decertify individuals who are currently certified, even if their certification period hasn't expired?

We're planning to run an Email Phishing awareness campaign throughout the business. We have a mandatory course called "Information Governance" that all employees are required to complete. One of the modules of this course is "Email Phishing," and the enrollment is based on the organization's audience, i.e., the course enrolls departments rather than individual employees.

As part of the campaign, we aim to randomly select certified individuals and request them to retake the course. If they fail the "Email Phishing" module, we want them to be decertified, even if their certification window hasn’t opened up. I've been looking around trying to figure out how to make this happen but haven't found a definitive answer. I'm curious whether making Email Phishing a standalone course and including it in the certification content could address our requirements. Alternatively, should I manually adjust course completion by reset the Email Phishing module to appear as if it has not been attempted before they start redoing the course?

 Any advice?

 Thanks,

Azeez
