I'm trying to represent the following in a Totara Certification Report for managers (direct reports).

Horizontal Bar Graph with Stacked Status

  • Cert Name 1 - Certified, Not Certified, In Progress, Expired

  • Cert Name 2 - Certified, Not Certified, In Progress, Expired

  • Cert Name 3 - same etc…

I am showing an example in the image.

I don't think this is possible however checking with the community.


I can do this only by showing 1 certification at a time however wondering if anyone has been able to do something similar?

I should say that the closest has been using these columns:

  • Is certified (Sum)

  • Is not certified (Sum)

  • Is in progress (sum)

  • Is not started (sum)

But again - there is no option for Expired.
