I am exploring ways of making mandatory compliance training, via certifications, more straightforward and less time-consuming for employees.
I am looking at creating a course with an assessment/quiz, that if passed would automatically record them as complete against the course listed as the refresher course in the certification.
Would it be a case of creating brand new certifications rather than adapting what we have already set up?
Any suggestions or advice would be very welcome.
