Hi Everyone,

We just upgraded from V12 to V16. We have never used competencies and we've verified that they are not enabled. However, we've noticed two Users now that have a notification about a competency that they are 'no longer proficient' in. We have tried to search for this several ways in the system, but don't see any competencies.

Is this a glitch? Any advice on what to do next is appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Natalie,

You can disable this notification in plugins > message outputs > default message outputs.


Do you have any competency frameworks set up on your site?

Thanks for that information. I've disabled it now. No, we don't have competency frameworks set up.
