When exporting the course completion via the report builder we want to be able to filter out editing trainers or other roles from the results to be able to only see which learners have already completed the course.
Can we include the participant role in the course completion export, or can we export a list that gives us the participant role per course?

The course role isn't a field in any of the report builder reports.
There is a filter by role and course under Bulk user actions but this doesn't include a course completion status unfortunately

So the best way to tackle this is to do a bulk export for each course separately?

There isn't one report source or bulk user action that provides the course role filter and all of the information. This would require export and combining csv files in a spreadsheet or the development of a custom report source
