I have a course in topics course format where some of the collapsible topics are always open.

Under the edit settings I have collapsible sections ticked.

Under the topics themselves I have the Default collapse state as Collapsed - yet some of them are always expanded.

Can anyone advise what is going wrong here:

Hi Rachael

The setting for whether the topic is expanded or collapsed is remembered - the default state is when a setting hasn't been chosen by the user.

This is the behaviour if it wasn't this way then you may not be able to change it from the default state but not sure if this is the reasoning behind this.
