We currently have a course that requires users to complete a paper form (for PCI compliance). Can the form could be added to the end of the course? It requires a signature, but it can be electronic (i.e. their name & date). The form would need to be sent to staff when complete.

This could be achieved through an activity and using restrict access so it is visible only when the last activity is complete.
The type of activity could be a feedback activity with a question the user answers to confirm the users acceptance
The feedback would be completed when the learner submits an answer.
Course reminders could also be created for users who haven't completed their feedback activity question.
