Hello, is it normal practice to receive notifications when an employee is assigned a learning plan or when a learning plan has been submitted to a manager and is awaiting approval? We haven't made use of the learning plans in the system but have recently done some work in the system and noticed no notifications have followed or appeared within the Notification panel
