Which permission/capability gives a user ability to 'Add system user(s)' for a scheduled report? The user can see only the 'Add Audiences' button at this moment. I attached a screenshot for your reference. Thank you, Jakub

After a while trying a few liklely sounding permissions - it looks like it is the View user full information permission needs to be Allowed for the system user to show on the scheduled report.
