I have noticed that the Available Until date has been activated on some programs, which is not our standard practice.
Can you please direct me to where on the platform V17 I get audit logs for programs, to identify various users and the activities they have actioned?

The Site logs report has information of when a program was updated - unfortunately there isn't much detail on what was updated.

Is better audit reporting something that Totara is looking at in the future?

The details of program completions transactions including changes in settings that affect the completion record is pretty well detailed in the program completion editor but the open and close dates aren't included as they don't affect the current program completion record.
The logs are getting added to as new features are added and gaps are filled with feature requests.
