Training Program sets - defer opening

Morning

We have Training Programs in T17 that have multiple content sets.

When a new staff member starts with us we want them to:

Complete Set (week) 1 - Minimum time is set at 1 week - Then

Complete Set (week) 2 - Minimum time is set at 1 week - Then

Complete Set (week) 3 - Minimum time is set to 1 week

What we are finding is that new staff complete Set 1 in the first few days, then get access to and go straight into Set 2. Complete Set 2 and then get access to and go straight into set 3.

We want to be able to stop them doing Set 2 in week 1 and so on.

So Set 1 is the first week of training

Set 2 is second week of training

Set 3 is 3rd week of training.

Is there a way of limiting access to Sets by date or by 1 week from first access, 2 weeks from first access and so on?

I can't think of a way of doing this within the same program as completing a course set under the minimum time doesn't prevent accessing the next course set.

A workaround that may work is to make each course set a program and include an audience with a rule to enrol in program if the previous program has been completed mor than 7 days ago.
