We are trying to set up re-engagment emails to go out upon completion of the activity. Meaning, a user completes the requirement and receives an email letting them know the activity is complete. We would like to set this up on an existing course which has enrolled users who have already completions. Is there a way to set up this email to only go out to those who complete the re-engagement from today on? We also have reminders set up on this re-engagement. Thank you, Sarah V.

Hi Sarah
If you use the Learner completed activity notification for an activity on event in centralised notifications then the notification will not be sent to learners who have already completed the activity.
