Are there other types of forms besides feedback forms?

I am creating application forms using feedback form but i was wondering if there was another way to do this? Has anybody created an application form in totora if so could you explain how did it?

Hi Edward

There are approval workflows that can have approval forms associated with them .

Totara 19 comes with a sample course enrolment approval workflow and form to make this easier to implement.
