I would like to sincerely thank your for your continuous support with my questions.

My current issue lies with the site manager capabilities:

A category-level site manager is not able to delete "Enrolled learning" entries from an audience. This is our desired behaviour for site managers.

However, system-level site managers are able to delete said entries, see the picture here:

I have compared all capabilities that I found relevant, but I must have missed one, which makes this difference. Changing enrol/cohort:config, enrol/cohort:unenrol, enrol/category:config has had no effect.

Is there a capability that is tied to this function, which I have missed? I look forward to hearing from you.
