We have several dynamic audiences that users repeatedly enter and exit as their jobs change. Each audience has one or more programs in its enrolled learning, and users are unassigned/lose access to these programs when they leave the audience.

Our issue is that users who have completed a program are still reassigned that program when they reenter the audience. Is there a way to prevent program assignment via audience for users who have already completed the program?
