Upgrade
[MOB-1424] Upgrade to the latest Expo SDK and React Native version to ensure App Store compliance
To meet Apple’s new requirement for the iOS 18 SDK and Xcode 16+, we’ve upgraded the app from Expo SDK 51 (React Native SDK 17.5) to the latest stable version. This includes updating all relevant dependencies and addressing compatibility issues to ensure continued App Store acceptance.
