I have an exam that is limited to three attempts.
I'm wondering if it's possible to preserve the results of the previous three attempts should someone fail and need a fourth attempt?
At the moment, the only way to allow a learn to have another attempt is to delete the previous attempt.

Gere are a few suggestions
change the setting on the SCORM under Attempts >:Lock after final attempt set to to No so they can redo their final attempt
Delete the first attempt as this is the one that is usually the least important
Increase the number of attempts if a lot of people are not passing after their allocated attempts
