According to this page of the Help docs there should be a Seminar Booking Reminder. https://totara.help/15/docs/default-seminar-notifications
I don't see a Seminar Booking Reminder. I am on v17, and this reminder doesn't show up under the seminar notification or at the site/system level under Site administration > Messaging and notifications >Notifications.

I'm on V18 using centralised notifications, our seminar reminder notification is tied into the Booking Start Date trigger and is to be delivered 2 days before.
Not sure if that will be the same for V17
