onboarding target group

Hi everyone 👋

i have a dynamic target group for the onboarding-process. Everyone in this target group gets access to a course.

To get access to the "Onboarding-Traget-Group", i have two rules:

The first rules is:

that the users "joindate" is within the past 30 days
AND
that the users "joindate" is within the upcomin 40 days

The second rule is:

that the programm is not finished

Both rules are connected with AND

How can I ensure that people remain in the onboarding target group until the program has been completed AFTER THE 30 DAYS (from rule 1)? I don't seem to have the creative mindset to realize this at the moment and am now hoping for your expertise 😊👍

Hi Julian

If this rule is going to be ongoing, you can make the joindate a set date (start it 30 days in the past). This means that every new person from that date will get access, and will be removed from the audience once they complete the program.

You might also want to add a rule that ' User is suspended is equal to "No" ' if your system uses this, otherwise people will stay forever.
