Hi all! Is there any way I can get an activity to expire after a set time?
I know I can set up a Certification and link it to a course so the learning record can be Archived after a set time for the learner to re-do it. However, my use case is I have set up a course to track a series of external training requirements. It involves a number of OJTs that the Manager comes in a ticks off the staff member when the training is done. Some of these trainings are valid for 12 months / 2 years etc and other don't expire. I'm reluctant to set up separate courses for each training activity just so I can link them to a Certification.
Any ideas on a way around this?
