Hi

I'm struggling to use the badges I've just gained. I'm unable to get them to save in a backpack/passport and I have tried a couple of different ones.

I have downloaded a PNG file but when I try to HPass I get the message 'GET request to https://totara.community/badges/assertion.php?b=e195db4a8bdfd5ac37de9e2b7870a2dfce411e24&obversion=2 failed'

If I try and send it to a passport/backpack from the Totara profile I get the message 'Invalid request'

Suggestions very welcome

Hi Jane,

I've raised a ticket with our support team to take a look at this issue. I'll let you know if I hear any updates.
