Hi All,
We have just updated to V19 and our managers don't have any more the little padlock near the user giving them the option to suspend a user. As site admin, I have search in the permissions but cannot find it. Has this been removed from v19?

Hi Pierre
The permission that needs allowing is Manage user logins moodle/user:managelogin - the default for this is to be allowed
If this still isn't showing after allowing this can you check if the user that is being suspended is the main site admin as this role is prevented from being suspended
lastly can you check whether the user has an external authentication method being used for SSO that prevents the user being suspended

Thanks, Craig, for your reply. I have checked (see screenshot) … Could it be a conflict between Auth user and Manager? We are not using SSO and the users in question i.e. Managers, are not suspended.

I have just check and the prohibit at Auth user was preventing the moodle/user:managelogin from being accessed…
Thanks
Pierre
