We've been using the 'Submitted scorm status' work-around report (source - site logs) to return all completion dates for modules (if learners redo them), with the caveat that this only went back 4 years.
It was working ok until recently.
It now only shows 1 year e.g: run it today and it only shows module completions since 30/09/24 whereas it should return completion results from 30/09/21 to today.
I know others use this work-around. Is it only returning 1 year's data for you too?
Here's the original instruction we followed - it worked:
"what we did was create a report from the site logs source and set the search to have the event class name contain "Submitted SCORM status"
The columns we included on the report were:
user name
course name
course time
context
time
description
It, as any workaround does, comes with some caveats
the SCORM has to have it's activity completion set
site logs only go back four years"
