Display user status on profile page

This was submitted as an enhancement request:

Admins frequently need to confirm whether a user is active or suspended. The user status information is currently available if the admin performs several click-throughs on the user profile or creates a custom field to see the status in a report. We are making this information easier to access to improve the efficiency of user management so the admin can see the user status at a glance.

According to the roadmap this feature was released with version 19.1.

I cannot find where to turn it on. Please help.

Hi Tracy, you can find this setting in 'User default preferences' settings, at the bottom of the page is the setting 'Show profile status if suspended', if you select that it will show, then if a user is suspended the status will be shown on their profile (only admins can see it).

I've updated the Canny Roadmap item to be clearer too! 🙂

This said it was released in 19.1 however it doesn't appear there. We have 19.1.0 installed. Can you confirm what release this is in? Maybe 19.1.1?

I've looked at all the release notes for 19.1.1 through 19.1.3 and don't see anything that matches.

I've just clicked - it's in T20. I'm so sorry, that was my mistake. It was marked for T20 but I made a mistake when updating Canny!

I'll update the roadmap now.
