I am having a problem allowing roles other than the learner to be able to download a certificate. The learner can download their own, but the non-editing trainer and trainer roles are not able to download copies. I think I have set the correct permissions for the non-editing teaching/training role (see attached image), but an error message (See image 2) is displayed when they try to download their learner's Certificate.
Any advice would be greatly received.
