Hello!

One of our facilitators is requesting to receive an email notification each time a student registers for one of their seminar sessions in Totara. Is this possible through one of the centralized notifications?

If not, is there a way to set this up via a scheduled report to only show seminar sessions in the future that they're assigned to?

I appreciate any insight on this!

You could try event monitoring

What is event monitoring?

The only thing I'm not sure about is that if you can specify it is triggered for a particular facilitator's seminar.

You can definitely create a report and specify on that it is for a particular facilitator and set the time frame displayed e.g. seminars in the next 2months.
