Hi everybody,
I need help understanding the easiest way for a single user to prevent receiving email messages from a Workspace.
First of all, does clicking on the bell in the Workspace prevent a user from receiving emails, or does the bell only block in-app messages?
If it is the latter, is there a way for a user to stop receiving emails from a single Workspace, while keeping email notifications from other Workspaces active?
I am really struggling with this, and I think that, in general, the notification system in Totara should be simplified and streamlined on the user side, as it is way too complex and granular for casual users.
