I'm sure everyone has staff that do training that is applicable to a qualification.
And if you want to get that training recognised by that organisation towards that qualification, how do you go about that?
How do you set up that training in your LMS?
For those with Perform, do you use a competency framework?
How you work with the organisation to set it up?
Do you follow how the organisation has set up their achievement path of that qual?
Or do they match up your training to the relevant parts of their qual?
How do you get that training completion data to that organisation?
I'm keen to hear other experiences as we do our own discovery in this area.
