New Academy course: Skills in Totara v20 

We’ve released a new Skills in Totara v20 course, exploring how skills (formerly competencies) work in the latest version and how you can use them more effectively to support capability development and reporting. 

The course covers: 

  • Structuring skills and writing clear definitions 

  • Setting up skill scales and frameworks 

  • Using best-practice skill frameworks (with ready-made examples) 

  • Assigning, rating, and reporting on skills with confidence
