I ran a report yesterday to see completions of all sections of courses. In a few of the courses, it includes "Topic 1" in the Section Name column. However, when I go to the course, there is no "Topic 1". These are Single Activity Format courses. I tried switching the format to Topics format and deleting any topics that show up. But it doesn't seem to have done anything. I re-ran the report today and it still lists Topic 1 for the same courses in the Section Name column. Any suggestions on how I can delete the Topic 1, or even find it?
