I wonder if anyone else had the same issue.
I have created a course that was set for guest access. Permissions to view course were assigned at both course and category level. but in doing this an error message displayed, saying that the guest had admin access- which I didn't expect to see.
I removed the permission at course and category and then the message changed and became correct. It solved my problem, but I'm wondering why this worked? Anyone got any ideas?
