I am trying to test a vanilla version of Totara 20 and when I try to upload a SCORM activity I receive this error:
Can someone please tell me how to correct this error?

I hope this message finds you well,
I take it that you can re-create this error in a seperate test course and is a general error rather than something caused by the SCORM package itself, especially as it happens on a vanilla Totara 20 test site during activity creation.
I’d suggest retesting with another SCORM package you know that works if this one is untested; if the error still occurs, it should be raised with Totara Support or through your partner support with the full stack trace (DEVELOPER Debug on), package details, PHP version, and exact Totara build number, as “Incorrect function scorm_add_instance” indicates the module add-instance callback is not being resolved correctly and will need investigation (potentially) rather than a course-admin setting change.
