Hi,

We have a seminar consisting of multiple sessions. There were 7 at the beginning, then students started enrolling en signing up. But after a few days, we had to add an 8th session. After doing that, all students that were signed up for this seminar, got an email saying the date and time of their seminar had changed, but the extra session was not added automatically in their Outlook Calendar. The 7 initial sessions however were added automatically at their sign up.

We can see that in the notification email an iCal file is attached, but it seems Outlook is not recognizing it the way it should. Is this a common issue?
