Your Compliance Manager is worried that while some departments are up-to-date with their certifications, others are not doing so well. He has requested a high-level report which shows the status of certifications by organisation.

We chose certification completion as the report source. We chose certification completion as the report source.

 

1. We added three columns with sum aggregation to count the number of users at each stage of the certification.

2. For the graph type we have selected column. We added this column graph to help the HR Manager get a quick overview of the data. The graph was based on the count of user IDs against the category of department.

3. We have selected three data sources so that we can see the number of users at each stage of the certification progress on the graph.

4. On the filters tab we added a filter for the user’s organisation.

This is what our report graph looks like. We can see the number of users enrolled in each certification in an organisation as well as the number of users at each stage.

We can also use the filter at the top of the graph to narrow down the results to a specific department.
