At the moment it contains Performance Management and Program/Certification documents. As docs are updated for 2.5, we'll be releasing them.
The link has also been added in the Resources section of this course page; it's listed as "Documentation".

Just a quick update on documentation. Have a look in the Box folder: https://totara.box.com/s/yds0131k7vhib2au1fzy for two new docs:
Working with Totara Report Builder - for site administrators looking for help in building reports
Developing for Totara Report Builder - for developers looking to create new report sources
By popular demand, both docs contain a list of existing report sources with a description and their contents. "Working with" has a description of the type of data and fields available and "Developing for" includes all of the tables called in each source.
Hope this helps those folks who have asked for documentation along these lines!
